James is the owner of Upstate Home Care; an independently owned and operated home care company located in the Upstate of South Carolina. James started the business in 2011 and has been blessed to grow the business to gross over $8 million in revenue over the past 12 years.

James is graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program and has received numerous awards including the Greenville Chamber Minority Business of the Year & the Community Works Entreprenurial Excellence Award. Additionally, James serves as business coach for entrepreneurs in the Greenville Chamber Minority Business Accelerator Program.

With over 25 years of leadership and business experience, James has a strong acumen for business, operations, and has a strong desire to help families create generational wealth. James is married with two daughters; he and his family attend Reedy Fork Baptist Church where he and his wife serves as the youth leaders.
